Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Flexible and Virtual Plans:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Prepaid Plan:

Refunds are only available if requested before the first session.

No refunds will be provided after the first session.

Unused sessions are non-transferable and expire six months from the date of purchase.

Workshops and Events:

Refunds for workshops and events are subject to specific terms provided at the time of registration.

Partial Refunds
In cases where the customer experiences service interruptions or other unforeseen issues, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Invincinal Voice.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Missed sessions without prior notice.

Unused prepaid sessions after the six-month expiration period.
